Re: Tips on removing sirens from poles?

The easiest way of getting it off of the pole is by a rental crane (if it's really heavy, also the easiest way) and a cherry picker. Depending on the height of the pole, you will want to make sure that the crane and cherry life will reach up high enough. What you'll need to do with the cherry picker...

Re: Every XT22 Siren map

I just have to let you know that there is already an XT22 siren map out there, just look up "XT22 siren map" on Google and you'll find it. Sorry if this makes you feel bad! If you want to do another type of siren, I don't believe anyone has done a Thunderbeam siren map yet!

Re: Every 2001-DC Map (WIP)

Unfortunately, you can't trust many people who are online nowadays. The person who did this is someone who checks on the siren board, since there isn't really a way of finding it otherwise. You'll unfortunately have to stick with keeping it private, and only inviting people you can trust to work on ...

Re: Coded 2001 siren

I wonder why no one wanted a coded 2001. It wasn't really necessary anymore to have coded sirens for calling firefighters anymore, as the main purpose for coded sirens is for fire calls. After VFDs started using radios for calling volunteer fire fighters to the station, they started to not become a...

wait never mind I guess it has to be bigger than the blower pipe.
but it can be used for other sirens.
If you're careful enough, you can use copper tape to make collector rings. You have to make sure to put the tape on tight enough so that the chopper has even power and doesn't waiver in pitch.
