It's likely a prototype, but there are SD-10s out there which don't have the band. Instead, they have mesh screening, like you'd see on the housing of a Model 5. My guess is, it was cheaper and easier to work with than the slotted vents on the prototype photographed. I'd guess it never made it into ...

I am locking this thread as it serves no purpose. I can't believe I have to say this, but Roblox Corporation has never been a siren manufacturer. The one in the eBay link is a common generic unit made for car alarms, and is not very interesting.

Vietnam didn't have ICBMs or nuclear weapons. Besides, the Vietnam war took place during the Cold War, so the US mainland did have active sirens during that time.
