Those ones are littered throughout the state for those stations that have yet to remove them. I don't believe they're actually used any more (maybe the Victorian Royal Commission will change that) and are typically only found at Fire and Rescue NSW stations, very rarely found at Rural Fire Service s...

I'd be leaning towards the eight port 7V8 personally. You'd think the rotor would be designed to run at 100% duty cycle (DC), where the impellers can suck up more air since it would be working twice as hard (or presumably moving twice as fast) as 16-port 7V8 working at 50% DC.
