Just for confirmation or other people's opinions. If it's a vent, so what? I just get a sireny vibe from it. I've never seen a Thunderbolt with the blower box mounted that high up on the pole. If not for the guy wire, that pole would look like a parenthesis.

Fs last I remember didn't have small sirens with a low mounted chopper and stator. (Except maybe the model 3 or 2? Been forever since I have seen the guts of those 2 sirens.)
the Canadian version of the Model 2 has the guts "upside down."
