Video taken on March 18, 2015. Sorry for the video shakiness, I did not bring a tripod at the time this happened. This wasn't on a regular test day, I was there to snap photos of this siren. Then I ask the fire chief if he can growl this siren for me and he did. This siren is only tested every New Years. This siren is used for tornado warnings. This siren is located in downtown Spindale, North Carolina on top of Spindale Fire Department, Police Department, and City Hall off of Cherry Street and Center Street.
