Video taken on April 3, 2015. (I was able to go out to record this siren on Good Friday.) This is a monthly test of the Gardner-Webb University's Emergency Notification Siren. This siren is tested at the first Friday of each month at 12:00 PM ET. This siren started on time! I set the camera right next to a building to try to block the wind. This siren is the only emergency notification siren at the Gardner-Webb University. This siren is located in Boiling Springs, North Carolina at Gardner-Webb University on top of Dover Memorial Library off of Branch Avenue and Huggins Street.
