That video includes a lot of sirens that aren’t really sick (broken solenoids, backwards blowers, etc.). This thread is for sirens that are REALLY sick (like the infamous O’Fallon Thunderbolt)

It was actually fixed. Turns out there were just a couple of loose screws causing the issue

This 3T22 in Portage, OH seems to need some maintenance. But the wind up throws me off. Sounds too linear to be single phase.
