Shot on April 24, 2015. This is a weekly test of the Anderson County Fire Siren System. These 2 sirens are tested every Friday at 6:00 PM ET. The Model L on the left of this view (pointing almost at the camera) in this video is the one sounding. The Model L on the right is dead. Actually, this is the third time I went here up close for this test because I wanted to listen if the Model L (on the right) has been fixed or dead. But it's actually dead. I know about the Model L on the left is sounding sick. And as the Model L is about to finish its test, the pitch starts increasing. "I tried to call the fire station to report the problem but no one didn't answer the phone." Sorry for the blurry video, I wasn't able to fully set the camera up for this test because the fire dispatch radio test tones were sending out and I was worried if the siren will sound at the time I was setting the camera up. These 2 sirens are located in Pendleton, South Carolina at Sandy Springs Fire Department (Anderson County Fire Station #26) off of Blackman Road and Moorehead Drive (161).

Location of these 2 sirens:
