Here is a monthly siren test of one of Jasper's sirens; located at VUJC. I've recorded it before, but I've heard that it had been having some issues activating in the past. So, I brought my scanner and checked it out and luckily it worked perfectly. Jasper tests at four while the rest of the county now tests at six; a little weird that they no longer test the same time but hey, that just means I get to check up on TWO sirens every first of the month now! 8)
In this one, I set up a camera by an abandoned hospital on the north side of town that is between an STH-10A and a 2001-SRN. If you've watched my other videos from Huntingburg, beginning to end, you probably noticed how their old, telephone operated sirens ran only for two minutes. Now they've been adjusted to run for four minutes and, I must admit, it sounds pretty awesome. Enjoy!
