Shot on August 1, 2015. This is a monthly test of the Spartanburg County Warning Siren System. This siren is tested at the first Saturday of every month (except Mays) at 1:00 PM ET. This siren is a 3 phase model (Model 5AT). This siren could either started right on time or just a minute early. I never noticed this siren is dual toned (Model 5T). I previously thought it's single toned (Model 5). Sorry for the cars passing noises, the camera was set up right next to a busy highway (and it's the only best spot to film from). This siren is located in Spartanburg, South Carolina on top of Hilltop Fire Department off of Asheville Highway (56) near Crockett Street and Goodwill.
