Monthly test of the sirens in Lucas County, OH. This 4016 is located on the West Ramp parking structure at the University of Toledo and runs alert and voice for the test. I parked at the uppermost spot on the garage and recorded from there. This is one of 6 sirens on the main campus, three others are Modulators, one is a STH-10 and one is a DSA.
