After recording the Thunderbolt near Birmingham, I went back-up to Huntsville to catch Madison County's test. I met-up with MadisonCountySirens at the Chaffee Elementary Thunderbeam siren for this test. We chose to go to this siren, even though I had already recorded it a few years ago, since when I last recorded it, it just did a growl due to some storms being elsewhere in the county at the time. However, this time it was run up to full power, doing the county's standard short alert test, which was nice to finally be able to record.

Madison County, AL tests on the 1st Wednesday of every month at noon, weather permitting. If the test isn't able to be conducted on the 1st Wednesday, it's then delayed to the 2nd Wednesday of the month at noon, weather permitting.
