Despite the rain, I went to record one of the sirens on my campus for the bi-annual test. Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania tested their campus sirens at 9:20 AM on February 13th, sounding 2 rounds of hi-lo and voice. The university's alert system has 3 Whelen WPS-2904s; this one on Nelson Field House, another one on the McCormick Center, and the third one on Elwell Hall; they are tested once a semester usually during February and September.
