My Modulator 6048 First Test (Sick)

I know this Modulator sounds sick. I will look into the issue and try to fix it. This is what it sounded like before it was taken out of service in Gainesville, GA. This wired set up is wired for temporary siren testing only.
Edit: Sorry. I missed spelled "Westminster". I fixed it.
