Came across this 2T-120 at work today. Pole that it was mounted on was rotted and it toppled during a thunderstorm. Still spun but the bearings were a little stiff. From what I could see the motor looked ok.

Where in the world do you work you find a 2T? :P
I own: One complete SiraTone, another SiraTone control module, a 1600W MC, 2 old ATI controllers, 2 round ATI horns with drivers, a ATI-DSA 4 thing, a Federal Signal FC, AR timer and Siratrol, and a small CD&F.

Did you get to keep it?
I have an unhealthy obsession with mini sirens.

I didn't inquire on it. I don't have a reason to have a siren, and more then likely it will be repaired and put back into service.

This could be a siren we didn't know about. Any idea where this was installed, exactly? Like streets/street view? :P

Here's a few pictures I took a couple months ago on a trip to Las Vegas. The Thunderbolt on the airport is either gone, or I couldn't find it. If you want anymore pictures of the same sirens featured in this post, just PM me.

Hello all! I just joined the forums here, as I am a huge fan of anything siren-related. (And weather related for that matter.) I figured I'd share a few of the sirens that I have seen and gotten pictures of.

The first ever tornado siren that I have ever seen was in Lampasas, Texas.

The siren is a Sentry 16V1VT-B. :)

The second siren that I have ever seen is a Whelen WPS - 2810 in Aberdeen, Maryland.

And finally the third siren is a Whelen WPS - 4008 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
