Rockford, Illinois Old System

So, yesterday (3/22/15) I asked my aunt about some sirens she heard during a tornado. The location was Rockford, Illinois. I showed her some videos and she said the one she heard was a 9/12 ACA Allertor or maybe a P-10 or P-15. Can anyone give me some info on Rockford's old system? (It is composed of T-128s now). I would like to know about the old system because my family would've heard the sirens in it. Thank you.

I seem to recall something about a Chrysler Bell that was in downtown atop some sort of building. I am certain it is gone though.

The Chrysler was on top of the Talcott building downtown (I spent 2 years searching for it). I got a hold of the building owners and long story short it was removed when the building got 2-3 more floors added on sometime back in 1988. It was sent to Stranquist Motors, a local Chrysler dealership in town. They have no recollection of the siren and that's where the trail goes cold. So it's either somewhere at that dealership in Rockford, or long, long gone.

I heard a guy that lives in Illinois and has a youtube channel (name is not with me right now) finally found it, but it was in such horrible shape, that he just salvaged a few parts from it. I recall he even had a picture of it.

Thanks for the info, but do you guys know of any Allertors in the area? My aunt said she thought she heard one during a tornado there.

Are you talking to me? And what do you mean by "dig it up"?
