This is a Whelen WPS-2750 Located at the San Jacinto Monument in Northern Deer Park, Texas. Formerly controlled by an analog ESC-864, the panel has been converted to an ESC-2030 in recent years.

I was able to snap a few pictures of two siren sites while entering the EPZ of the North Anna Power Station a week back.
