How about triplets? Two on the water tower, and a Whelen 4004 on the side.

Awesome! The Whelen is probably for tornadoes, and one or the other water tower Sirens is probably a fire siren (my assumptions).

That whelen looks newer, most likely it replaced the STH which replaced the GCS.
