xT22s are notorious for intake clogs. If the intakes had buildups of something (insect nests, bird nests, etc) that could cause a reduction in volume.

I don't own any sirens myself But the 3t22 is pretty neat and when the top intake is stuck that makes it sound cooler

I've seen them come up for sale here and there, but it's not easy for me to move a 700 lb siren.
