that one isnt really that low, as its on a decently tall parking garage. it is pretty wack seeing an active siren that close to your head though.

Parking garages are a relatively common siren installation site. This reminds me of a garage-mounted Thunderbolt in Clarksburg, West Virginia, which definitely looks like trouble for anyone standing on the top level of the garage (though I have no idea if the siren is still active - I doubt it).
