It was found by 4j25 on his first siren hunting stream (Siren Hunting With 4j). And he said exactly that, "That's the highest Model 2 I've ever seen". I wonder how much trouble it was to install and hook up.

This afternoon I was in Akron Colorado for work, and I went to see if the Federal Model 5 on
the grain leg by the tracks was still up, unfortunately it wasnt.

June 9th, 2020, Akron was hit by a Derecho storm, which caused extensive damage throughout the town. The grain leg the model 5 resided on was toppled by the storm. I looked at a few pictures of the toppled leg, and didnt see any sign of the old siren.

A new leg was constructed, and like a star on a Christmas tree, it was adorned with a nice new
Sentry 3/7V8-8!

I know it's not in the US, but there's a very high mounted DSA 4x6 on a water tower in Montreal, Quebec.

That's really interesting. Does Montreal have a siren system?
Sirens may not be sexy, but they sure work.

The Federal signal Thunderbolt 1000T on the landmark building in Wausau WI is incredibly high. It also has a chopper port of 6 and a RPM of 8.

I have a thing for objects that light up or make noise.
