SiraTone/EOWS frequencies

So I am trying to build a synthesizer that generates the sound of an EOWS siren as accurately as possible, and I need to know the 2 start frequencies, sweep-up time, Hi frequency, lo frequency, and wind-down time. If anyone knows any of these parameters, that would be super helpful.

850/1020 is the general frequency
Starts at 300/360 then goes up to 850/1020.
Sweep rate is 13 seconds for wail
Pulsed wail is 1.5/13 seconds, the 1.5 is the pulse
Alternate wail is 1.5/13 seconds
Steady High/Low is 850/1020 1.5 seconds
Alert is just 1020/850
and Pulse steady is 850/1020 1.5 seconds
