Ive seen some horn like things near the Warren state hospital up in a housing they are too short to be diaphones and have a round back piece. I have seen these before and they are normally in a group of three. I will put up a maps link but you can not see much on google maps.

Looks like more a air vent to me, but that's just what I can make out of this grainy mess.

i could tell it was some sirens i drove by and they looked like this kind of, there were 3 in the tower

if you notice the back piece, what I saw had a larger piece and was less cone like.

I think it might be a modified Gamewell Diaphone set.

It's a pair of diaphragm horns, definitely not Gamewell Diaphones. These were made by a variety of different manufactures.
