Sounds like a Sentry? In the UK.

EDIT: I can’t get close enough to the chemical plant this siren sounded at to see if it is there. Help appreciated.
It is a Sentry siren. The spooky sounding regular 8 ports tone. If I am wrong, it might be a Klaxon FP6/10.
I still post here, but not as much as I used to.

Probably a Klaxon. Plenty of other sirens sound similar enough to Sentry sirens to be mistaken for them, such as ACA's 8-port sirens.

Any recording of the FP6/10?

It's not an 8 port siren since they have 50 hz power. it's more likely 10 ports or something like that.
I have an unhealthy obsession with mini sirens.

Though I barely know anything about them, I can infer that that's what the "10" in FP6/10 means.

That won't matter if it's a DC motor siren run from an inverter, though.

Listening to the recording again, the windup leads me to believe it's an AC motor. Typically, sirens with DC motors have a more logarithmic windup pattern where it slows down as it reaches the highest pitch, while AC sirens go straight up to the peak pitch (which, personally, I believe is much more startling and alarming).

Yeah, I’m going to go ahead and agree with you. I’m just confused on how the sound travels so far because the dB rating in these things are LOW.

Possible Allertor?

I live 30 minutes from this siren, It was actually removed not too long ago. I went by there on my way to Woodward to look at that Thunderbolt on the ground. As far as I know, it was an Allertor.
