Looks like a dark gray or black Penetrator to me.

RM-130? Most of those were painted grey.

Werden P-127, Englewood has at least 3 of those.

I’m so sorry to bump this thread, because I absolutely hate doing that, but I found some information that may interest some of y’all. So I was on Facebook last night reading a post about warning sirens by the National Weather Service in Wilmington, when some people were talking about how they miss the old Thunderbolt sirens. One person was saying that there aren’t many left in the Dayton area (none to my knowledge), but they said there was one remaining at John Wolfe Park in Trotwood. I thought what? There’s a Thunderbolt in Trotwood? So I pulled it up on Google Maps, and searched the park. At first, I thought it wasn’t true as I didn’t see one right away. But at closer examination of the tree line towards the back of the park near some houses, I saw an object and shadow that looked like a Thunderbolt blower and platform. So I went into street view nearby and sure enough, there is a Thunderbolt there! The last known remaining Thunderbolt in the Dayton metro area! I don’t believe it works anymore as it doesn’t look like it’s changed position in years (unless the rotator is broken), but still it’s a cool find! All thanks to someone on Facebook who tipped me off to it.

Went up to Trotwood after seeing this post, and I can confirm its still there! It seems to still be hooked up to power, but it definitely looks inactive

That’s awesome! Those are some great photos! I might head up there myself sometime so I can see it for myself. It’s sad that it’s just been abandoned in place. It’s a similar situation to Xenia’s Thunderbolts. It’d be cool if an enthusiast could obtain it, but of course you’d have to do it legally by contacting the city about it, which could get complicated.
