There is also a Mobil Directo located atop of a building near Yonge Street & Gould Street in downtown Toronto. It is missing its horn. Coordinates: 43°39'25.81"N 79°22'45.85"W

I live in Sarnia, and have been around town many times as well as the surrounding communities. Sarnia is known for the Thunderbolt 1003s over in the Suncor plant as well as its extensive network of ATI HPSS-32s. I've found a few more sirens around the area, which I want to note.

Sarnia - Federal Signal Modulator 3012, located in the CN railyards. It activates every week as part of the siren tests.

Point Edward - Federal Signal Model 2? located at the fire station. Unknown if it participates in the weekly siren tests or used for fire calls.

Dresden - Federal Signal Model 5? located on the fire station. Appears to be in poor shape, unknown if it is used or tested. I'll have to ask my dad's friend who lives up there next time we head out there.

Brigden - Federal Signal Model 5?, located at the fire station. Unknown if used, haven't been to Brigden in a while nor do I know anyone from there to ask.

I know some of those sirens except the Modulator but I contacted the Point Edward Fire & Rescue about their siren. I asked "Hi, I have a question does the siren on the pole in front of the Point Edward fire station work?" and they replied with "Although the siren is not used anymore it actually does still work. or at least it did when it was tested a few years back". So it does work just doesn't have a use. and the key to seeing if sirens work is to check if they have an email or direct message on the City, Township, and Town website, Fire Department on Facebook. They have Facebook pages. The siren in Brigden does work and is used for fire calls so there's a 50/50 chance you be able to see it work on Sunday for fire testing because if they get a call in Brigden then it's postponed until Monday information about the fire sirens can be found on the St. Clair Township website here: http://stclairtownship.ca/st-clair-township-sirens/

Pt 2:

The siren in Dresden does work. It was last activated in the year 2000.

Awesome! I'll have to see about getting out to Brigden one of these days and getting a recording. I'm also planning on recording one of the Suncor 1003 sirens tomorrow.

Cdntbolt1003,

Do you know what type of siren Port Lambton has? They didn't used to have one, but in the last three years or so a red box appeared on the roof of the station. I've reached out to them, but they didn't reply. This is the first I've heard that it is a siren and it is tested.
