Weird ACA Cyclone?

Hi! Today i found this picture from a hungarian Facebook Post, and what is this siren?? Its look like some weird ACA Cyclone...

That is not a cyclone. For one, it's too small, 2, it has an intake on the bottom of the siren, 3, that's no ACA stator.
I'd say Elektror siren of some kind. Maybe an L241.

It isn't stolen. The siren is a DS977. The cap on top is homemade.
