Whelen just needs to make a vehicle siren that uses the 400 watt driver.

Can you hear me now?

The fire truck that came to the 2810 that went bang on me was decently loud, but nothing electronic compares to the Qs I heard on a few occasions with some of the trucks equipped with them. emofficer has a good point. When I seen one with a Q the current draw from the siren when it ran in attack was enough to dim the lights a bit on the wind up. Our county uses mostly Whelen sirens on their vehicles with a few here and there with Federal Signal sirens.
