 Post subject: Pawn shop mystery horn

So today I went to this pawn shop and while I was there I saw this strange horn, The tag says DOUBLE SIREN anyone know what it is. (also I have 3 pictures of this thing but only one wants to upload)

Can you post a photo showing the entire thing? Looks like a Faraday fire alarm horn. $75 isn't the best deal for it, but still cool.
