If the ports are still open get a piece of wood insert it into the opening and pry the rotor in the opposite direction the fabric was pulled in. The wood will not be damaging to the components. I used this method to free up some stiff motor bearings. If that was unsuccessful, my next step would be to burn it out. Ideally it would be best to soak it in a fuel and just burn the fabric. You could also heat the outside of the stator in that area but, that is a little more destructive as you would be burning the paint. Heat it just enough to start charring the fabric not to get the stator cherry red.
