No Canadian installation photos. Just original photos of the sirens after installation.

Here's a Thunderbolt getting installed in DeKalb County, GA. This was pulled from a 1964 annual report if memory serves me right.

St Joseph Michigan had some Hurricanes. I think around 14. Here is one of the units getting installed.
Seeing how close St Joseph is to the Donald C Cook plant, I'd say this siren was part of the Cook Nuclear system which had Banshees, p-10/15s, and aca hurricanes.

It was. Sadly they only lasted for a short period of time.

Shame that very few Hurricanes remain today.

I know. I would love to see some more in the wild. It is EXTREMELY unlikely I might obtain the Greenville Hurricane, but I would leave that job to someone who knows a bit more about sirens than me.

At least there are photos of Hurricanes that no longer stand and some of the former locations. We have Photos of the one at St Joseph, MI, One at Davis Besse Nuclear Power Plant was photographed on a newspaper article after a failure, the one that used to be in Addyston, Ohio, One in Garland, TX, the classic 130 in Centralia, Illinois, the green Hurricane in Greendale, WI and the ones In La Crescent, MN have all been photographed before they were removed.

Speaking of Hurricane photos, I have some pictures (not mine) of the Centralia Hurricane still in service.
