3v8 or 3v12?

These are from the town of Bigelow MN there siren is a WS Darley but its not the low 3V8, I think its a 3V12 the high port
Any ideas?

These are basically just vertical single-headed Darley Champions, they can be 8 or 12 just like the dual headed versions, although I don't think a 16 port version exists.
