New Mods in Lexington/Fayette County KY

As promised, I have visited McConnell Springs park, and also Picadome Park and got some photos of the new modulators there. These are both of the B or Modulator II variety.

What surprised me is that the 5020B at Picadome already has a fair amount of dirt and grime on it after only being up for 7 years.

The one at McConnell Springs was only installed on January 29th, and it wasn't even finished being setup as the meter wasn't fully assembled.
