Possible siren in toronto

Allegedly, there are 2 of these weird things lurking in toronto. Looks like a siren, but I haven't got a clue if it is or not

That was confirmed a while ago to not be a siren. It's some sort of art piece.

Yep, I even asked ColdWarCanada aka Siren_Dude, and he confirms it's just an art installation.
Sirens that I own: Motorless FS&S STH-10A and Federal Enterprises Model 2-220, FS&S Model D, 110V Sterling 2V8, and a '86 FS Canadian Model 2.
