Vintage siren photos thread

I'm unsure, but it could just be an unconventionally shaped chimney.

It does kind of look like a Red Arrow, but I don't really see a mount or a pole.

I was looking at it closer, and it seems too tall to be a Decot. If it is a siren, judging by its overall shape and height, it may possibly be a Cosgrave.

Back on topic, here is a photo of the Thunderbolt, formerly at Fire Station 2 in Little Rock, AR.

Looks like it was taken in 1982 or later if that white third gen F body in the background (pretty sure it's a Camaro Z28 judging by what appears to be five spoked wheels and the black molding) is anything to go off of.

Here's a really old image of the San Francisco Ferry building Heath siren in 1945. An electrician was working on it at that time.

Heath was so ahead of his time with his sirens, the rotors are like an STH-10's but 40 years before the STH-10 existed. And this had two of them!

Holy cow! I didn't even know that another photo of the siren still in good shape existed, let alone a close up! Where did you find this photo? The only photo of this Heath siren on Google is that far away shot.

Holy cow! I didn't even know that another photo of the siren still in good shape existed, let alone a close up! Where did you find this photo? The only photo of this Heath siren on Google is that far away shot.
