Los angeles wildfire burning sirens

Hello I have a question, are the los Angeles air rade sirens currently on fire as there is a giant wildfire hitting the city.

That's good, does the system have other siren models? I know they had SD-10's

I live near the LA area, the city officials there don't give a flying fig about the old siren network, at least 60% of them are already rusted out husks of what they once were with their communication cables severed, what remains now is but a sad dark remnant of a even dimmer past. I feel that the city could have done more with them, that they could be used as warning systems for citywide evacuations due to earthquakes, tsunamis, or even as of now, giant fires. But I guess when you are an official, you would find them redundant. But to safety, redundancy is key. . .

I love how people are dying and the biggest concern is if the disintegrating and trashed air raid sirens are going to survive
