What we have here is basically ACA's answer to the Model 2. Note the romex wire used for the main run. This siren is located on Brant Dr on the south side of Bremen in someone's backyard. Bremen only did 3 minutes of alert today. I also got the people from the utilities dept reporting back on their sirens on the radio. Sounds like the STL-10 had it's control box blown open. Bremen tests their Screamer, 5 Model 2s, 2 2001s, STL-10 and Thunderbolt on the 1st Monday of the month at 10AM.
What's the difference between the different versions of this siren? I thought this was a S5. :eh:

Dual or single tone
S2 = 2hp
S5 = 5hp
S10 = 10hp

The main difference between them as far as I can tell is the rotor size. The "S-2" was listed in a FEMA technical review as being 101 db @ 100'. The S-5 is 105, the S-7.5 (Which was also available in 9 port, not just 8) is 108, and the S-10 is 112.
