WPS 2910 /w System Malfunction

This is a weekly test of Sumter County, GA's siren system. The system is made up of 20 Whelen WPS-2900 series sirens (besides this 2910 I'm not entirely sure on what else they have) that was installed in 2014. Normally they run 30 seconds of alert twice, each time followed by an announcement. This time around they missed the alert activation for the first portion of the test.

This is the EMA director's video of one from the first test of the system. Back then they had them stepping on the wind downs, but apparently they set them up to let the wind down finish.
