Monthly test of the outdoor warning sirens in Fulton County, Ohio. This siren is located at the Pike Township maintenance building in the little village of Winameg. Fulton County was late testing and did not do a voice message this month. Sirens are tested every first Friday of the Month at Noon. Met up with Austin while Noie (you guessed it) overslept. Enjoy!
