That was the worst recording I have ever made. The tape recorder was dying.

I thought that it was pretty decent! How often does Circleville test their sirens? If I was in charge of the EMA there, I would do that everyday at noon so the test sounds more discreet. The wail tone would be perfect for tornado warnings as it means "take cover".

Circleville quit doing the chime tone. They test on the first wednesday of the month @ 1pm. Type of signal Alert Attack?

I actually like Westminster chimes quite a bit. Although the recording is low quality, the siren is nice.

I agree. Although the recording was bad, the tone sounded AWESOME!! It's quite rare to hear 1) the full test of that tone (most just cut it off after the first 2 measures), and 2) that tine instead of the newer doorbell-sounding one that most sirens that use Westminster Chimes use now.
