Yeah, that's the siren I was talking about. It's sadly inactive now, that's the old department. Some guy owns the station (and the thunderbolt) and it's been dead for years. You'd need to mess with the RCM3, I assume change the cycle that happens when you flip the "Modulate" switch. I believe that is a Siemens siren and a random speaker cluster.
