Not to burst anyones bubble per say, but here is an Advert for the "sterling M series" featuring the "single headed "M" siren. no where on the Advert does it say anything about there being a "N" in its model name coding. wanted to clear the "confusion" and prevent future deadnaming of said siren.

Female enthusiast who is the owner of many large and small sirens, misc controls, timers etc. (too many to list in this small space) all big sirens came from cincinnatis old system.

I knew this. I have just heard of people always calling it the "N5", and I still can't break the habit of calling it that.
