As quite a few of the responses are, it's more about the performance than the looks. but I think that the ADT Clear Warning is probably the ugliest. It also lacks in performance, which is an added bonus.

Ah yes, the Sandy, OR 3t22. It has since been restored and installed as a decorative piece in the fire halls entryway.

I love the ASC Electric sirens, but the E-Class is probably the worst looking out of them. It looks like a mini 2001 at some angels. The 508 is also not very good looking, it needs a cover like the T-128/135

the 508 does look rather goofy doesn't it. I feel like having a longer projector, something like a P-50 would make it look nicer.

I think that the Australian rotating siren is perhaps the ugliest, with its excessively long horn and weird design. It's basically like a Soundmaster 125 but somehow uglier.

This Swiss siren looks like they put 2 WW1 helmets on top of each other and put a siren in it. WTF.
