What can I say about this? Wow! I had to document one of these before they are all gone, as there are only 4 or so left. I am lost for words as to what those "soft windups" are about. Johnson county has a two part test procedure. The first test is a test of the zone-alert function, and the second is the all-call function. Iowa City currently has 5 or so of these left, countless 2800's and 2900's of varying sizes, and a number of T-128's of varying ages. All seem to be running Fulton radios.
