McFarland, WI Allertor Question. Was it 8/12 port?

So, I knew about McFarland’s old Allertor since I was young. But, I never got to see it before it was replaced by the 508-128. The only memory of it I had was on the beltline near Monona on a siren test day and heard a sudden siren like a P-50, coming down from McFarland. Is it true it was 8/12? The only sources I have of it was the memory and a YouTube video of a siren picture album, with a caption reading below the siren “McFarland Allertor (8/12)”.

I am thinking the same thing. I did see it about 3 months before it got replaced.

I was only little when it was replaced. I didn’t see the chopper, but I knew the color was civil defense yellow.

Same. I did see the chopper, but I could not tell if it was 9/12 or 8/12. I will do some research on it.
EDIT: After looking, I found no results. :( I will try finding it on Gmaps though.
EDIT 2: Found it! It is looks like it is an 8/12 port! :D

It's darn near impossible to tell a port ratio from google streetview, especially in the older images.

Well, it has the pug like bottom horn. That sometimes means it is an older model. It could rarley be a 9/12, so it is mostly seen in 8, 8/12, or 10/12.
