Seems to have replaced a Model 2, really interesting
What's its use it doesn't seem to be near any fire departments
Sirens may not be sexy, but they sure work.

It is a Fire siren and it was installed in 1990.

It wasn't. It has a "Sterling Quality Siren" tag and is rusting and the paint is very faded.

But the street view from 2008 shows a Model 2.

That's true! I wonder if it was an extra siren the department had. That thing is WAY too old-looking to be from 10 years ago.

Yeah, it definitely looks old. It could have been donated from a different department too, because the Sterling quality tag definitely allude to its age.

Accident, MD used to have a yellow 3V8 before they got it replaced with a very new Model 2. It could be that one.
