I caught a glimpse of this from a street over a while back, driving through Mt. Angel, OR.

Next time, I need to pull in there and take a look. I highly doubt this is active - can't read what the sign says.

[EDIT] Well I'm dumb, should have searched first. Definitely just a display. I'm still going to visit it next time I go through there, I've never seen one up close.

I'm not sure if you knew but not too long ago this siren had it's pole replaced with a taller one, so it is no longer low mounted

That's a pretty normal mount. Sometimes the sirens are so big they give the illusion of being low mounted.
