Nice find! I don't think I've seen a building-mounted T-128 before, legs and all. That's a nice setup. It would certainly get attention mounted that low!

Just so you know I did post this exact siren on this forum not too long ago, it should be in one of the previous pages on this topic.

It would be lower than many sirens, though I don't think it's exceptionally low mounted
