Good find! Were you searching every fire station?
As a matter of fact, yes! I’m checking other locations in the area now for possible remaining sirens.
Have you found any yet?

Nope. There aren’t any remaining ones except for Station 22. The downtown one has been removed.

I have to find a map for that AFB. I know there's quite a few other sirens there as well.

Seeing as there's only one known and AFBs are known to have many sirens, I would expect there to be.

While driving up SR-89 last weekend, I found a siren outside of the Southern Yavapai Fire Department (8365 AZ-89, Wilhoit, Arizona) in Wilhoit, AZ. I wasn't able to snap a picture, but the Google Streetview image is pretty clear. I'm new to the siren world, so I have no clue as to the make and model. Figured y'all might be interested. The coordinates are 34.426505, -112.585037.

The Thunderbolt at Phoenix Fire Station 22 is still there. Based on Google Street View, it looks like it is at least rotated. I've not been able to find any information about actual tests. This picture was taken today.
