That siren was removed over ten years ago, as JasonC said. The sirens was also gone on streetview- the link you posted was from 2008.
Remove the ATI in Columbia thats on 1399 Wheat St. its gone

there is a second model 2 at phillipi FD. there is one in the back, and another one on a pole
